Particle image analysis and Raman spectroscopy device "Morphologi 4"

Low contrast particles can also be accurately analyzed! Achieving high reproducibility!

In "Moforogi 4," by imaging, analyzing, and quantifying particles, shape information is added to particle size distribution information, allowing for the numerical management of aggregated particles, needle-like particles, and rod-like particles. This product is equipped with a newly developed particle contour detection algorithm called the "Sharp Edge Function," enabling accurate analysis of low-contrast particles that were previously difficult to detect. 【Features】 - Equipped with the particle contour detection algorithm "Sharp Edge Function" - Fully automated from sample dispersion to measurement - Measurement time reduced by up to 25% compared to conventional devices *We hold individual consultation sessions every month. This is open to both current product owners and those planning to purchase the product, so please feel free to contact us. Online consultations are also available. Technical Data: Case Studies on Microplastic Analysis

Case studies using micro FT-IR and micro Raman analysis are published! Free materials are available!

Interest in microplastic pollution has been increasing in recent years, with current research focusing on ubiquitous causes and future prospects. Microplastic particles (Micro-Plastics Particles; MPP) refer to tiny plastic particles with a diameter of less than 5mm that have dispersed into the environment, particularly in marine settings. By analyzing MPP in detail, efforts are being made to draw conclusions about both the origins and formation of MPP, as well as to assess the extent of pollution. This document introduces the analysis of microplastics using microscopic FT-IR and microscopic Raman, along with case studies and measurement examples. [Contents] ■ Analysis of microplastics using FT-IR spectroscopy ■ Case study: Automatic analysis of filter-fractionated MPP ■ Case study: False detection of MPP ■ Measurement example: Identification of viscose rayon and cellulose ■ Analysis of MPP using Raman spectroscopy ■ Summary *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Analysis of Polymer Structural Changes

Evaluate higher-order structures using analytical methods! Raman analysis is also effective for analyzing polymer structures.

I would like to introduce "Analysis of Polymer Structural Changes." This document includes "Evaluation of Polymer Higher-Order Structures by Raman Spectroscopy" and "Structural Changes of Polymer Chains." The molecular structure of polymers affects their properties, influencing the physical characteristics of polymer products. We evaluated the higher-order structures formed by the aggregation of polymer chains using analytical methods. Please take a moment to read it. [Contents] ■ Evaluation of Polymer Higher-Order Structures by Raman Spectroscopy ■ Structural Changes of Polymer Chains *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Evaluation of the Utility of Forward Scattering Raman Spectroscopy: Application Edition

Case study of pharmaceutical analysis using forward scattering (transmission) Raman spectroscopy.

In the analysis of pharmaceutical tablets and capsules, it can be difficult to easily obtain information about the physical state and components of the active pharmaceutical ingredient inside the tablet or capsule due to interference from the tablet coating or capsule material. In this study, commercially available coated drugs and capsules filled with active pharmaceutical ingredients of different raw materials were used as model formulations. By employing forward scattering (transmission) Raman spectroscopy, we demonstrate that it is possible to reduce surface interference caused by the coating of the tablet or capsule and analyze and evaluate the components.
